The Daisy List Journey is about INSPIRATION, and finding INSPIRATION wherever it is.
As a whole, we all want to hear stories about people Living their “Best Life” now, and I try to profile people that we can look at and say WOW, good for them. Maybe I can do that too!
If you want an honest to GOD boost of INSPIRATION, I have just the thing for you.
Previously I wrote a post about a Thriving Survivor named Missouri. I told you about her bout with cancer and her perseverance to build a long desired dream called STYLETAINMENT. Well here is another successful chapter to her journey.
Recently Missouri entered a USA wide contest for new businesses and was selected as one of the finalists.
The finalists were flown to Reno, NV to participate in a New Business Learning type conference.
Most of the paper work, and there was plenty of it, had to be completed right in the middle of one of the STYLETAINMENT productions at the South Orange Performing Arts Center (SOPAC) in New Jersey. In the mist of getting all the parts and pieces of an off-Broadway show together, Missouri was determined to get everything correct and together for the application. It’s not always the huge problems that hold us back, sometimes it’s those millions of tiny distractions that get the best of us. But not Missouri, she kept her FOCUS and prioritized what she needed to do.
I wrote about her driven determination in my previous post, and the only reason I’m revisiting now is because this is what the Daisy List Journey is all about. Pursuing your Dreams and Passion, NOW! As I watch Missouri go after her Dreams, it inspires me to go after mine, she is clearly a poster child for INSPIRATION and she certainly inspires me.
The final results aren’t in yet, but regardless of the outcome, Missouri will continue to pursue her Dreams and follow her Bliss, two strong corner stones of INSPIRATION.
It’s like I said at the top of this post, if you want an Honest to GOD boost in INSPIRATION, just follow Missouri for one day.
