STYLETAINMENT-The Show, DREAMS of a 9-year-old
Hello DAISY LIST readers,
My previous post, POST 2021-01 Step Up to Start, talks about young people following through on their DREAMS as they get older. I showed pictures of two young ones that I’ll be keeping my eyes on because I know they’ll be following through with BIG DREAMS.
This post is about the DREAMS of a 9-year-old coming to fruition some 40 years later.
But you can read about all of it in her recently published book. I know everyone’s taste is so different when talking about a good read so take this as a very personal opinion but this book is a “MUST” read. The title:
I have to be careful though because this author is a dear friend, and I’m sure I’m a little prejudice, but I’ll try to be as honest as I can.
I’ve known Missouri for years so I thought the book would just give me another view of what I already knew about her. As a matter of fact, I distinctly told her I would probably just skim the book because of my crazy hectic schedule. She knows I work endlessly on Daisy List, so she understood.
Well, my first “skim” lasted 2 hours, and I
“COULD NOT PUT THE BOOK DOWN.
I’ll make this short, my 4 small comments are;
- Well written, and easy to read. I felt as though she was sitting next to me telling me the story.
- Anyone looking for a little bit of motivation for their DREAMS, needs to read her story. It will get you moving.
- There’s determination, there’s tenacity, and then there’s “TRUE GRIT”. This story is about “TRUE GRIT”, stick to the walls True Grit.
- It took me a couple of days in and out of my crazy schedule, but when I reached the end, I was so angry because I wanted more. Just what a good read is all about. When you finish, you want more.
I give this book a
It’s a must read for motivation and inspiration, especially if you’re trying to achieve your DREAMS, and you keep running into detours, speed bumps, and road blocks.
I can almost guarantee, My Journey to STYLETAINMENT will definitely reach Broadway, Netflix, and many other avenues and outlets, and then go across the pond. So, if you don’t get to read about My Journey to STYLETAINMENT, you will definitely hear about My Journey to STYLETAINMENT.
Missouri also has a coffee table book full of beautiful pictures of the various scenes from the show. It’s coming out in the next few months. Can’t wait to get my hands on that one either.
